Tips on removing dents from truck cab roof

Hi All, I’ve got a truck cab for restoration for my series 3. Anyone got any (helpful) tips on removing dents? It’s a bit like a golf ball. Thanks

Search youtube, there's some good vidoes. You will have to heat / anneal it if it work hardens but having bashed a few dents out a truck cab I'm not sure its as hard as the rest of the body. Soft hammer, leather sand bag (or cloth over any sand bag...) and take it slow. I had some success with a jack slowly pressing it back to shape but it takes a lot of setting up
