Tinternet Phone......

Has anybody got one of them there internet phones. I just bought a Keyboard with one on and its cool.....

been talking to a bird in taiwan and a bird in south africa for free its brill and a must for all Landyzoners.....he he

my wifes friend has a skype phone on the puter, and phones her husband (in iraq) every day for free.

Well the one I got is built into the keyboard and its tops....I will get ya a pic of it.......£15 for the thingy.....

Sounds like a good idea, had skype for a while, but never plugged a mic in, so the convo's were fairly boring... I had to type!

Might get one of the wee USB ones, like this current keyboard, would be good for calling my missus!

I've been using Skype for a couple of years. Its great when yer mates are all over the place, you can conference call 9 people at a time.

I started off using a mike and the speakers but soon got fed up with the feedback. Now I use headphones and its much better.

my son uses a headset type that plugs into the sound card. cost about 4 quid. from aria.co.uk

quid to chat to a girl in tiwan, must be bloody desperate!

excuse me fer being a bit dumb here but i was under the impression these internet phones were only free if you phoned someone else with an internet phone???

might have a point there, he is more desperate that first thought!

that is normally true. my friends bought 2 phones.
but there are certain sites that let you call landlines for free or very cheaply ie 1p per minute anywhere in the world.

ie skype charges are 0.02 euros per minute to the usa.

But skype to skype is free..... so is it not time we got some.....that be way cool dont ya think......especialy when ya want to talk about someone....lol

we just do that on msn, dont we daft, mondo, slob, grunt

ahhhh ..... free international calls from the poota .... I thought it was just a skype thing you was after!
