Right all.

When i got the td5 recently it had the lights up for 3 amigos.

Testing pointed to passenger front sensor. Tested sensor was working fine. Hub been replaced this year also. So checked where the harness joins and found the pins were slack so tightened up the female side and cleared and been happy for 1k miles since...... Just now

So bit of frustration with work arsing about drove with abit of fury and parked up quick and pulled up handbrake and chim chim chim!!!! Doh

Why would some fury braking cause all three to come up? I had thought before maybe as the harness was slack side vibration would cause the sensor to show the fault.

Without a tester to hand and not till the weekend can't shed any light on warning messages.

Just wondering had anyone had something similar before.

Ta Chris

Mine come on and off all the time. Hawkeyes read the fault as an SVS fault so I'll need to do the wiring mod at some point. Now I just tend to ignore it :) ... though probably shouldn't.

Already would a wheel bearing go with under a year?? Unless rear this time. I will hope to pull codes tomorrow and see what is what.

But I got these up last time if anyone can shed light on a couple

I fitted new maf even though maybe it's wiring at fault also need to run live data for idle figures. My last maf wasn't showing anything at idle.

Since this code pull I have blanked egr and fitted cruise. Then three related to airflow, and the CAN active fault I don't get.

Will do, got some moans from turning the wheel at low speed or take off, and then some noise like a ball joint or cv gone, and a knock from under my foot so thinking roll bar link. So when I'm going over all suspension I will give the wheel a feel.

So to report back from today.

There's no play in the wheel bearings, osf lower ball joint has play in it. Job for next week.

Got the computer out and my faults for the abs are electrical related. Like fail and erratic at all wheels... Different from before which was nsf hub sensor fault.

Checked over all fuses and tested relays all fine.

Any ideas where to now start hunting electrical gremlins.
