I was browsing the LRs for sale over here, so as I could filter on Freelander to find the good ones ;), but have to say, this beaut stood out in the list as a gorgeous motor.

Thought I'd share it with you numpties.

Looks nice but expensive for a V8. Don't forget to budget for an engine rebuild at that kilometrage and a Nanocom for fault finding:rolleyes::):):)

A person or company has a financial interest in this vehicle. It’s very likely that money is owing on it. If the money owed isn’t repaid, the vehicle could be repossessed.

Oh dear.

only selling because of kids getting their licenses and need something smaller for them to drive. Wasn’t planning on selling, but there you go….

Wasn't planning on the kids getting their licenses? Or wasn't planning on having kids? Either way had a while to plan o_O

Engine shouldn't be a problem. Ive a parts car in the garden and I can use the K Series out of that. Won't need it for my DD cos that's an L Series and gòod for many times 120k miles.

Don't think £7k is to steep considering that's probably about 6 months maintenance costs for a P38.

I've done my time though with the Rover V8. I don't think I'm so silly to go back to another. Mind you, it does look nice...

At least that message is up front.

I bought a D1V8 off a fore court and its illegal for them to sell anything with finance outstanding I believe - at least against (NZ) MTA rules. First I knew summat was up was when I got a call from the finance company! They didn't come after me or the car though.

Wish they had taken the car though. Cos the other thing the garage didn't tell me was that it was f**ked!
