Thinking of upgrading, i need help!

So im thinking of upgrading my 02 plate FL1 S trim to a 07/08 FL2 HSE tomorrow, i just have 2 questions.
1) petrol or diesel? im to ass'd about the mpg's or extra tax the petrol will cost.
and
2)what should i be looking out for? as in mechanical problems.

I've not long upgraded to a 59 FL2. It's so much better than the original. I have the TD4. Have a look on freel2.com. There will be a lot more help on there.
 
Yeah, but the back window doesn't come down and you don't get the pop up/off sunroof!


My dad has the new one and it is nice I must admit... less plasticky than the first FL2s I sat in.
 
I was driving a 60 plate Skoda Yeti, and test drove a 13 plate FL2.

I then went and bought a FL1 :lol:

No regrets. At the moment I prefer the smaller size of the FL1.

What I wanted was the Evoke transmission & flappy paddles in a FL2, but they wouldn't do that for me.
 
I bet not many over six footers buy the evoque I got in one and like you say spacemonkey they feel squashed inside and there is virtually no back window I prefer a wheel on the back as well
 
Well I went and looked at the 3.2 petrol automatic today and loved it so I put my name down on it. Hope the finance goes through ok.

Anybody want to buy a silver 02 plate S model 3 door with bull bars :D
