Thinking of Selling

LOL!!! I love how the threads (however innocent) always decend in to smut!!!!

No rash decision, she is polished and garaged. (Now the battery is staying charged thanks to extra key fob fix) I am enjoying driving her about.

Always a pain taking her out, have to shift my other car and parents two cars!! Trying to sell my dad's old 4.0 Litre Jag (R). Lovely car, but you can't give them away!

Keep it Rachel and enjoy, just look at all the problems Saint.V8 is having with his L322 and be happy that yours is now running well and should cost little to keep it that way, plus you will be missed

i have ummed and aaaad about selling mine. But i know for a fact i will miss it too much and why should someone ear the fruits of my labour!

My other half likes it, but has noted the amount of time ****ing about with it and hinted i should get something that will work more often than not! Especially afyer recent brake failiure, abs pump and switch goosed, and replacement pump has been lost by couriers for a week! will be 3rd wkend without a car now!

Problem is, what do you replace it with??? I would rather just stick in a garage and come back to it in 5 years!

Wise words! Mine is garaged now for occasional use and polishing! Will continue to add wood to her interior!

I have no garage, and after being self employed and missing 5 weeks of work after breaking my ankle im feeling the pinch! otherwise would be tempted to store it for a while.

For the price they are going for it's not worth selling - mines worth far much more to me than monetary value.
.....You could always stick a Braemar badge on the back & sell it for 10k

someone offered me 2800 for it. and if it hadnt been at the garage i might of took the money. after sleeping on it i said no. plus its still at garage so i think bloke has given up now!
