Aesthetics is big price factor, and gizmos. I don’t mind the battle scars and no Bluetooth or leather on mine. The heated seats don’t work although they are there, left window won’t stay set, AC works but only just

Nothing that really matters you just need it to run properly and enjoy it

That's pretty much where I am now with mine. Once I get the EAS sorted I'll start looking at other stuff.

Bought mine without an MOT for a daily. First thing I did was put the air springs in the bin and scrape first MOT. Does not make you popular on here

especially when Q2 is - can I fit 32” tyres on it now

I’ve uprated electrics & charging, cooling system, engine, done rear chassis/shocks, exhaust, drag link, drivetrain, multitude of little bits and bobs. Headlining

Still more on the lists, that’s the way it works with these

I would go for it. A lot of car for £700 and oj eed to do some work on it but dont we all?

I was thinking the same... if the OP has the patience and can be bothered to go through it.... it might be a good buy ....would be good to get diagnostics on it now, before purchase ... to see what thry show up....

Half of it was touch up pens for £1

Also 2x large cans of vht lacquer, can of blue, can of silver vht, 3x cans of black stone chip, jar of rust treatment, 4 cans of brake/clutch cleaner, probably few I forgot.

Most important - plus gas!
