I got Stratton 4x4 to do mine as the clutch fork had died, so got the super duper duty forka dn a new clutch plus labour for £287 which aint bad really.

Sounds more like it needs bleeding up, or cylinder/s failing... have you checked the fluid level?

Sounds like clutch slave or master cylynder to me, if your going to change one or the other you might as well change them both i did now works a treat.

Its a landy mate they make noises and they always will, sounds like your prop taking up the drive, go easier when releasing the clutch after changing gear. Im on my third disco and they all made this clunk noise, just wear dont worri unless it goes bang and you come to a stop, in that case im sorri.

It might be your UJ or the rubber donut is perished leaving a bit of rotten rubber and 3 bolts keeping your back prop onto the axle.
