Thick Black Smoke

Can anyone help,

I ahve a 300tdi disco, she has about 220,000 on the clock, i am having problems with black smoke blowing from exhaust i have fitted a new turbo, manifold all the filters and new oil, but as soon as the old girl gets warm she blows black smoke for fun any ideas.

Does it lose power? To be badly black smoking its got to be over fueling.

When i first changed the turbo etc etc it was good for about 1hr then yes she lost all power ? Cheers Bobby Dazzla

one thing i would quickly check is whether any of the intake hoses were collasping or restricting airflow to the turbo ( including intercooler)

over fuelling.
