Was having a lovely day on Saturday, went over to Manchester to buy matcal's project off him...came back with a Landy full to the brim with bits and looking forward to organising bringing the bigger bits back. Landy performed heroically on the motorway...I passed more cars than passed me 70mph now problem...blew an oil seal on a rear hub (****part!)...Great day out!

Got home reversed into my parking space whilst avoiding the street's washing, cats dogs, awkwardly parked vans only to find that our very nice next door neighbour had got there first! CRUNCH!!!! Crawling backwards in reverse on tick over...

Slight damage to the bottom two inches of zinc trim on back of my tub....Her Astra's written off!

Yep done that one, when i had my secon'd landy a s111 swb anyway, was parked up in a side street in reddish, stockport went to the bank on the corner then when i came back i notice the car parked infront of the landy had gone and another car had parked in its place but a lot closer to the front of the landy so i had to reverse a couple of feet to drive out of the parking spot i was in anyway as i was reversing away from the car that was in front of me i had to reverse partially passed an ally way and as it happend there was a bird in a mk1 fiesta reversing out of the ally way at the same time and neither of us saw each other and BANG all the wing wing of the fiesta was caved in and there was no damage at all to my landy

so yes they really tuff.

had pretty much the same thing with the first series 3 i ever owned i had to get to a job interview at the last minute as sods law would have it and ended up parking in an unpaved yard at the back of the local taxi rank

when i arrived there was nothing else there so parked along the back wall half way along leaving plenty of space for anything that may wande in to be able to turn round or park

on returning to my landy after the interview there was a verry smart looking volvo v70 in fetching white with yellow and blue stickers on the sides and a blue ligh on top reversed right up against my front bumper

nothing behind me so i got in started her up looked behind me to reverse and a ****in taxi came flying in right behind mine hit my towbar and trashed his front bumper got out of his car and just walked away as if nothing had ever happened

i shouted out of the window asked "oi mate do yer mind i was about to leave and youve just boxed me in " he told me to **** off and called me a little **** ( big mistake)

i put it in low box reverse and shunted my way out pushing his ****ty toyota back about 5 yards then proceeded to leave the yard he then ran after me exclaiming its all my fault hes getting the insurance on me blah blah bastardy blah blah

at that moment the coppers came back to their car and saw the argument asked whats going on i just said this prick recons ive hit his car when he arrived with his car the way it is

the copper took 1 look at mine ( not a scratch ) then looked at his ( front stoved in 2 balled tyres tax out of date and a busted tail light ) wrothe the **** a ticket and let me go winner
