thetford forest

hi chaps just had to say how great my truck was on sunday first time i've had her off tarmac had alittle run through the forest qite sticky in places and on road tyres i couldnt beleive how good it was ,last time i ran through there i was in my old 4.2 landcruiser so when i saw how bad some of the lanes have got in my absence and the nanchang road tyres of got on i thought the missus might get a mud shower pushing,air suspension rocks offroad so comfy,hope this praising of her does'nt curse it again last time i said i loved her she demanded some air sacks immediately.

Blimey, do we actually have somewhere in Norfolk where we can take our beasts off road?! I've been to Thetford Forrest but never ventured out of the car parks! (Lancashire lad, new to the area). Any details appreciated....

hi stufer , yeah we do indeed thetferd forest is massive get an ordanance survey map of the area some good runs around kings forest some entry points around the raf camp at wretham (east of thetford) worth looking at though not strictly legal but i've never had any bother,be carefull though cause you can actually stray into the base.the car parks are full of doggers at night be carefull.pretty much garanteed to see deer anytime of day and at night its raining owls.
