Well the new one turned up... Hmm, I did think that I wouldn't have to close the gap at the top where the baffle is.. The last shot is after I used a rubber mallet to close it up. Before hand the baffle top had a 3mm gap between it and the radiator top cap. The welding leaves little to be desired right on the top where your eyes first fall. There are more and more errors and little disappointments the more you look.. I cant report the performance as the right hand hose cracked??? As I tried to position it... It cracked, literally cracked and snapped.... :(

So you don't think Direnza are any good?

After looking at their website, which is pretty good and quite impressive. I did decide to go with their rad instead of a couple of other alternatives. Saying that the alisport unit is over £500.. I would have been seriously titsed off if I'd bought that one and had this scenario.

That reminds me, there are some pretty damning reviews of GPi racing rads about. They're the ones Tomcat spotted on eBay. Seems you peetty much get what you pay for.

So... I'm in negotiations with direnza for a reimbursement. As long as I take my truthful and exact description of my sh>t radiator off trust pilot. They didn't like that. So, they don't want to send me another rad as I may not think is upto my standards?
Wtf... I thought these were top-notch tuning rad and part specialists, what standards should I expect...

If the replacement rad is up to scratch then amend the review and congratulate them on their customer service. If it is still **** they really deserve the review because any sane person would go over the replacement with a jeweller's glass.
