its intermittent and only when warm and deduction leads me to a dead/lazy lifter
oil pressure is OK or there would be a whole lot worse noise. if it were a liner, rocker, bearing etc then it wouldn't go away with a few revs

Mine has no back boxes, in really not sure what the difference is, maybe a bit of volume

Maybe i should do a recording at the back, sounds much nicer than the underneath!!
