Morning folks,
so I changed both front hubs and the ABS wires on the new ones are black and white but with no plugs.
I striped back the old plugs and both wires are white.
What is the solution here?
I have swapped the wires around once so far and it made no difference.

Thanks

Simon

My own reply .. fixed it .. took it for a longer drive, swapped the wires over, checked the plugs were properly seating and gave it a little contact spray treatment and WOOSH!
They were gone

happy days
next job front shocks and towers .. stay tuned

:cool::p:cool::p

They do orange ones:rolleyes::rolleyes:
Next on my to-do-list! After my HG is done:(

Kev
10 quid extra for orange ..
Head gasket, I just did that with out too many issues, make sure you get the locating dowels because much to my annoyance they do not come in the "complete" gasket set . grrrr ...
take the chance to change the thermostat and clean out the intercooler, I also replaced the top hose.
Injectors come out real easy using the half of a water pump plier so no need for the expensive tool.
This is my first disco having spent most of my adult life driving series land rovers and I cant afford a defender (swiss prices are just friggin nuts), so far fingers crossed all fairy obvious easy to do stuff.

give me a shout if you need any other HG advice

good luck Kev

Thanks for the reply Simon,
Not able to do it myself this time! As away on training course in Middlesbrough!! For just over a week! So I have gone down the safe route!! Getting the block checked at the same time, always good to have a good relationship with LR garages, where I can! I use the garage myself to do bits and pieces! And just pay for them:cool::p:D
