I've owned a landrover several years ago and throughly enjoyed it, this week i bought my second landrover, a td5 with air suspension which is a new concept for me on a vehicle other than a hgv, I have to replace an air bag which is giving me gip, knowing nothing about the td5 system, and reading a few horror stories on here, I was beginning to think of replacing the system with springs, ........ I couldn't get the deflated bag to reinflate no matter what I did, it apparently turnedout to be a user issue. ... i just needed to close the door ! Hey presto, the bag inflated straight away. So the problem was a leaking bag and an open door. If I hadn't read about the closing of the door on here, I know it's just a simple bit of info, but if you don't know, you don't know.
So thanks to this forum I can sleep tonight.
