Hi

Question, has anyone done or knows is it even possible to disable the terrain response from car config file (CCF) ?
Most probably first question is why, because the active sway stabilizer bump/module/block is dead and here where Im from, it costs a lot. And the car is used only to tow a boat, so there is no need for the terrain response to work.

Basically could it be done, I have some experience with Jag CCF editing, have not done it on a Range Rover but same software and I have access to engineering mode.

The terrain response module is not the one you want to deselect, essentially you want to deselect the ARC (as the 3.0l are configured as standard). Trying to deselect TR (if even possible as it's a supervisor function for other modules) will cause lots of issues as other modules will not 'know' what parameters to apply.
I would suggest if you're towing, then get a 2nd. hand block as deactivated ARC roll bars will be horrible on corners and *may* invalidate your insurance as an untested modification.

Yeah, I will try to use the correct terms...so I would like to code out dynamic response. So basically the active sway bars as the valve block for it is faulty. I would like to do the coding with JLR SDD as I have that available with engineering mode. I do not have access to GAP tool.

As I understand this should be doable, Im just looking for someone who has done it so I could ask how many variables in the CCF there were to be changed.
