terrafirma shock turrets

Bought a terrafirma suspension kit a peterborough lro show. been fitting it this weekend. got these new +2 turrets terrafirma only just brought out and on the instructions says slope facing rear of vehicle which offsets the shock to the front of the spring seat and it runs only a few mm from the dislocation cone. turned turret around with slope facing the front and it puts the shock up the middle of the turret but shock leans back slightly? both turrets are identical. so basicly what i want to know is should the shock run up the middle or be offset to the front?

Did you ever get an answer to this - I'm just about to fit mine.

if the car has been lifted without castor corrected radius arms then the shocks are thrown off centre meaning they are closer to cones, but make sure the turrets are fitted as per instuctions
