Anyone familiar with the D2 Air suspension ?
Long story short, Im wanting to pull it out and retro-fit to another car
So i gathered the SLABS unit controls the suspension, Now the does the door closed/open come from BCU or is it linked directly somewhere else?
My plan is to
Take a BCU thats setup for air suspension and fake the input for closed door or "control" it but when a SLABS initialises is it expecting the BCU to chat to it or can it run on its own as fair as its aware its got closed door signal(to do ) It thinks the engine running (Again wonder if thats a feed from BCU or just checking for voltage?) then goes along its own merry way, It obviously have heart attack and try fault up the ABS mod is not attached
