Tdi 300 Intercooler replacement

My intercooler is finished (leaks oil and whistles) and I need a replacment.

I am having problems finding a 'normal' intercooler as those available from the NET as they are all larger/upgraded from standard.

How much should I pay for a new intercooler?

And does anyone know what boost pressure my dial should read at 2,500rpm?

loads of 2nd hand 1s on ebay for as little as £15

Yep, i got a replacement 2nd hand off ebay for £10..

just clean with some thinners and air dry (make sure it is definatly dry before you install it!)
