TDI 200 No oil pressure...!

Hello to all,

My TDI 200 discovery where unstarted a bout a 1 year.Oil pressure light on.I disassembeld a bit the oil filter and start it to see if any oil jet...nothing.I oppend the oil pan down (maybe dirt?...nothing! all clean).
Oil pump couldn't go fault after waitting 1 year in the garage...Is it the oil pressure relief valve? maybe it stuck on open...?(no sense)
Please help me.

Fault in the bulb?

if you have removed sump you may as well remove oil pump and drive shaft and try it in a container of oil , diesel etc it should flow out around drive shaft when turned by hand the right way,also check valve when off
