Tdci hard and clunky to change gear under 2k rpm

Evening.

Had a few issues with my 2008 110 but has had a new clutch and half shafts and rear drive shaft flange but still seams rather clunky and jolty changing gear under 2k rpm 1-2-3 gears

Am I not going high enough with the revs or is there a issue. It also seams to crunch aswell on occasions
