I'm now considering upgrading my 01 td5 HT, to an 04 SW.
Took one out for a test drive and was amazed at how much quiter and smoother the engine was. Mine knocks a bit more at tick over, and has a "ticking noise" at higher revs. At 66000 miles it seems to be a litle worn. Visible smoke on hard acceleration in lower gears (nothing major)
Wasn't expecting a difference being another td5, but really felt so much better. for only 23000 mile difference.
