Td5 with White smoke in valve cover. Why?

Health friends. 1 month ago I noticed white smoke in valve cover and also in the oil dipstick hole. There is no smoke in the exhaust. Not low radiator water or low oil sump. Anyone have any idea what can be? Follow the video.

Is that no a symptom of piston ring blow by? Where some of the exhaust gases are getting past your piston rings and in to the sump and then making there way out of you dip stick and breather pipe, as that seems to be quite a lot coming out, usually means your engine is worn.

worn,or stuck piston rings,ie a worn engine.
