TD5 rear suspension 'plip' (STC50075)

Ive just bought one of the rear suspension remote 'plip's from ebay, genuiine landrover part number STC 50075 for my 2003 TD5 XS, does anyone know how to get it working with my car or do i have to visit the main dealer?
