I've had a small weep from my nearside rear hub for a while, I topped-up the diff a couple of weeks ago, and it took less than a cupful - shows how a bit of oil can look much worse than it actually is. The dealer had put a new seal in it at ~94k miles when it showed signs of weeping a couple of years ago. Since last Friday, it's now gushing quite a bit, and coating the underside of the wheelarch (should be good for stopping rust)...

I'm not overly concerned, as the vehicle's on 130k miles, and it's allowed a little problem every now and then.

The bill looks a bit steep though, I've been quoted £150 for a rear hub assembly, and 1 or 2 hours in the workshop - I guess it'll be £230 ish with VAT. Still, better to get it done promptly than risk diff problems later on...

I only have 1 original hub now, and the flywheel was also done a few months ago.

Someone should get into reconditioning Disco2 front/rear hubs, and also the dual mass flywheel - they're expensive parts, and a exchange/recon service must be a viable service?
