td5 radio comes on with ignition!

Help! I have a 1999 Discovery td5.LHD. During the past few months I have had new breaklines and hoses installed.Replaced Ace system/New main light bulbs.A new ABS sensor (front right) and now a new battery.My problem.When I switch the ignition on,the radio light comes on.The radio it'self works fine, but I am talking about the green light.I switch it off but it comes back on.Since yesterday I can't even turn the radio off.I have to turn down the volume.It does not happen until the ignition is switched on.Any suggestions would be very welcome!Thanks!

Hi, there, I don`t know anything about a green light, but these strange behaviour sounds like a bad earth somewhere to me.
If it was my car, I`d run a wire from the radio earth direct to a known good chassis earth nearby and test it.

Not to much work.
