TD5 lights: Problem!!

Hi everyone, New to this forum and will introduce myself a little later, but first I'd just like to shed some light,(excuse the pun!), on my problem with my TD5 '02 plate Discovery. The drivers side front side light and the 2 bulbs of the brake lights have had their bulbs replaced every couple of Weeks as they suddenly stop working. The same happened today, so got new bulbs, but now they don't work either. Are the side lights and brake lights on a different circuit from the others, as everything else is working fine. Also, all the dashboard lights except the headlight light have stopped working plus the lit up part of the hazard button. Is this a fuse?? Any help much appreciated.
