My Defender TD5 had done 140,000 miles.

Land Rover recommend an "injector service" at 100,000 miles. lf the engine seems to be running fine, is it worth getting the injector seals done, or is it best left alone?

Unless there's anything obviously wrong, I'd leave them alone. I think they're made by Delphi, rather than Land Rover so are fairly reliable. Quite an achievement really, when you consider the pressures involved and the fact that they rattle up and down 50 times a second. If you're getting obvious symptoms like a rising sump oil level or lack of power and exhaust gas in the diesel then it's worth doing the seals and washers, but I'm leaving mine until it's necessary. I did mine last at the end of 2014.
