Td5 immobilized.. FIXED!

Hi all,
I have a immobilized 2000 defender td5, no remote fob, no alarm, manual lock and windows... Not even a chip in the key.
Thoughts?

Nope, just thought this is a new subject, the first for the pump and this for the immobiliser.

The answer is in there, you need to get it plugged into diags... that's why I asked where you are.

Two problems here. First being there seems to be a trend in new members asking immobiliser related questions, second where on earth are your manners?? Were you not taught as a child to say please if asking for something?

Ordered the EKA from
http://www.mgrovercodes.com/land-rover/defender/eka-code/
First I tried to enter it but nothing seemed to happen. After some fiddling around found that the door button faulty, so i entered the EKA by the ign and touching the door button wire to the body.

You should be able to get the EKA code from a LR dealer for free.

The dealer here in Kuwait asked for 54KD to do it (about £100)
