TD5 help after injector seals replaced

I have replaced my td5 discovery 2 injector seals, can someone show me a picture of how one of the rockers and cam should look when set ready for adjustment, all sorted thanks anyway

It would have been more likely if you had posted about it in the Td5 section, or the Discovery section.
