TD5 heater problem

My defender heater seem not blowing any air out of the window vents. The fan by the heater matrix is working. It was quite a lot of water in it. I have cleaned the blockage in the air duct.

I am complete novice to vehicle maintenance. Any suggest to what to do next I would be grateful

Does the air still come out of the lower vents when you turn on the fan?

No

So no air is coming into the Land Rover, but the heater fan is turning at some speed?

Yes at the two different speed

If you can see the fan turning when you look through the grille in the wing, but no air is getting into the vehicle, my next step would be to remove the lower dash panel on the passenger side and see what is stopping the air from getting through.

Is the cable on the heater assy working
Two cables on the heater, one opens the door to allow flow it is linked to speed lever, check this is moving correctly
