td5 disco won't start after running out of fuel please help

You need to turn ignition on and pump accelerator 5 times. The car will go through a bleed cycle. Then try to start car with accelerator pressed to floor

When you do the purge procedure, do you hear the pump running in the back of the car?

Yeah have had all pipes off n fuel is coming through

Not sure if it will help, but have heard he TD5 can be finicky about battery voltage, If you have been cranking for a while it may be the voltage is a little low to give the electical system what it wants, even though it will crank over.
