2003 td5 110. Love the car, had it 12 months.Just come back from a road trip, out, with two kids, dog, roof tent all camping equipment 300 miles.... All fine but, Back on a recovery truck.
Diagnostics says the following,
(15.2) high speed crank (Logged)

(19.6) noisy crank signal has been detected, (logged)

Gearbox /ABS drive open load, (current)

And an air on fault.
I don’t have air con.
The following has been done.

Changed MAF sensor, crank shaft sensor, injector loom, no oil in ECU, and recently changed one injector...
Wastegate actuator is fine. Car has been fully serviced and runs and pulls very well, until the engine light comes on, engine sounds rough then eventually cuts out. Sam problem was cured by the change in injector and various sensors, then suddenly light comes back on and the same happens again.
Getting frustrated now as love the car but patience wearing thin. Have nanocom diagnostics, car is now near Devizes in Wiltshire. Any help or garage recommendations wellcomed

have output of crankshaft sensor checked u should get approx. 2 - 3 volts AC whilst cranking then 6 - 6.5 at 1000 rpm and up.

some have a shim on sensor some do not but I cannot find what the airgap should be but if it is far out cranking voltage would be out of spec
