Td5 defender buzzing relay

I have just put a discovery transfer box into my 2007 td5 90 pickup and when I got into to it to start it the battery was dead.so I jump it off my lasses car it ran for 5 Mins then cut out so I went to jump it again and the relay under the seat is buzzing also the glow plug light and the head light lights are on the dash faintly but the head lights arnt on also the to back indicators are lit up permanently has any one got any ideas I have cleaned the earth connectors and the relay connectors cheers rob
