Td5 Defender 90

Does anyone know if the My 1999/2006 workshop manual has timing chain removal and fitting instructions before I buy it please ?
Or if there is a video showing the whole procedure that I have missed on the internet?

I have a 110 TD5 ex SEB 170,000 that needs a T chain & sprockets chain guides kit job which I'm not looking forward too.
From reading on various forums & reading the Defender 99-2002 manual I have downloaded it also make sense to replace the crank seal & probably the harmonic balancer.I am about to price up genuine parts as I do not want to to twice.
How did you get on with yours ?Did you manage to get Rave for TD5 Defender if so where please as I can not source.
