Td5 clutch pipe size

A quick Google shows the master cylinder is m12 for the td5 slave but does anyone know the thread size for the master cylinder end and the pipe diameter I need to use? I'm putting a td5 onto my 90 and the old pipework was the same as brake line but I'm sure that the td5 disco pipe is thicker. Thanks

Not 100% on TD5 but I think pipe should be 1/4" and thread will be m12 too
