TD5 Brake pipes

Hello,
I've had a search around for brake pipes for an 04 TD5 and cant seem to find anyone that sells them. I need the two short ones on the front two wheels that connect the flexi hose to the caliper as mine are pretty corroded and it would seem that one is letting air into the system.
I've had a search and it seems that people are making their own pipes.
Is this what I will have to do?

failing that, you could of course remove the old pipe and take it to your local factors or garage that makes pipes up.

This will work out a lot cheaper than buying the stuff required to make them...
