What do other people do with the stupid axle breather on a TD5, glue them in?

I removed the bungs in mine, tapped the hole and fitted a threaded push fit.

Buy a Gwyn Lewis f&r diff + gearbox + engine breather/wading kit. Buy the kit the terminates at a 9mm push fit manifold that's then ready should you plan on fitting a snorkel.

It came with a snorkel fitted.
Breathers are extended, just that the fitting into the axle tube is an idiot push in design rather than a threaded hole like a Series or TDI.
If it won't push back in properly I will take the above advice and tap it out.
