Need to change on my 2000 model, can anyone tell me what kind of job they are to do and will the pipe connections come apart or do they seize and need replacing ?

Air bag replacement took just over an hour to do following the instructions on the definitive guide was easy there was also an article in a receint LRO mag with step by step color photos.
