TD5 Advice / Help sought

New to all this , however have recently acquired a 2002 TD5 SWB County and want to add some bits and pieces

Can any offer advice on the best options and places to secure the following

Chrome heavy section A frame
Largest / best driving lamps to go with this
Waterproof seat covers
Rubber rear load space

There seems to be so many alternatives some good some bad therefore a few pointers founded on experience would be welcome.
