£10 is the best offer then looks like your gonna get a new reg then its on
ebay so if no takers you can have i refuse to pay another retainer on it and
i dont want to give back to dvla for nowt how will you put it on your car

PEN 15 exists though. although last seen on a sod-off merc.
RAC thing says it's on a mercedes ML270...
mind, DVLA can't find it... RAC can't find AS55 HOL.
