TD5 2000 Access to Windscreen Reservoir bottle

Hello Guys

Can anyone help me access the reservoir bottle as when filling the water just pours out the bottom, so may need replacement.

I've just checked in the Rave and it suggests a No1 adjustment tool and a 36mm Viscous fan spanner.
