Td4 wiring harness for Cruise Control.

I've recently become a Freelander Td4 HSE owner. It doesn't have cruise control fitted which is something I would have found very useful.

My previous motor would differ with others of the same model. It didn't have an interior temperature sensor for example. This was an easy fix as the wiring already existed. It was just a case of getting the foil sensor and plugging it in.

My query is. Is it known if all Td4's will have the same wiring harness throughout Td4 range? My immediate thinking is yes. If correct, I'll attempt to add the cruise control.

if it's an auto then a 'maybe' ( am not sure ) re factory wiring
if it's a manual shift then there's an outfit that does install a c.c. .. or has d.i.y. kits
( i.e. c.c. wasn't a factory option with manual shift )
