Hello guys, will try to describe my problem here if my english will let me do that.
So, i bought TD4 with 130.000km (80.000mi) on the clock with failed clutch. I fixed clutch, now i see another problem. Engine starts good, but then if i will make rpm's higher, over 2000 or 3000- engine starts making grey unburned fuel smoke. When i release accelerator pedal- on idle, maybe 30s or minute i can see serious smoke, bigger than on higher revs. After minute on idle, there is much less smoke, until next higher rpm.
Next thing- when i pressing accelerator, more than 2000rpm- i can feel like misfires sometime.
All vacuum hoses replaced with new and stronger. Tested vacuum accumulator, seems there are no leaks at all. New MAF sensor. Intake air temperature sensor- tested, good. Maybe it could be intake manifold pressure sensor? Impress like overfueling.
Ah yes, noticed that intercooler hoses getting harder only after 2500- 3000 rpm.
any thoughts?

Hello guys, still investigating unburned fuel grey smoke of TD4.
I found interesting thing: Turbo vacuum actuator "hand" after engine start is about on half way to low position limiter. I found BMW videos on youtube with m47 engine. There after start actuator hand goes to lower limiter after car starts.
(i checked and replaced all vacuum hoses, replaced boost solenoid with new, there are no vacuum leak at all, actuator, vacuum accumulator holds vacuum as well)
My question would be: could somebody check (better- make video) how works they turbo actuator arm after engine starts.
If actuator works like my- then i will remove and professionally clean all injectors.

Video how my actuator works:
