td4 smoking day after injector replacement

hi please can somebody help me please?
my injectors packed up last week and I have replaced all of them, drained tank, cleaned pump, replaced fuel filter and started it up yesterday about 6 times and it ran fine, it must of been running for about 20mins in total.
today I have started it and I have an engine management light, miss fire above 2000rpm and plenty of white smoke.
anybody got any ideas as I am clueless now after spending £920.
