TD4 Injector advice

It looks like I have an injector not delivering the performance it should - tried cleaner and all other routes even put a Synergy 2 in but there is still a flutter at 2500rpm when accelerating - took them out at the weekend and cleaned then manually and dipped the tips in an ultrasonic bath - it improved it but it's still there.

So any advice on a good and reasonable reconditioner?

any good diesel specialist should be able to help.

there's a firm near me who come recommended but I've not had reason to try (yet).

Probably not a lot of use to you as they're located near the Blackwall Tunnel in London.

However, might be worth a phone call to ask their advice, maybe they could send you a recon set on an exchange basis, not sure, as I say, not dealt with them myself.

Any problems/issues with injectors will be magnified by the synergy box as they "work" the injectors a little harder.

Yes I realise that so took it to a Diesel guy today and he drove it and said not injectors - gave me a MAF to try so did tonight - no difference BUT I found a small hose off the turbo solenoid was detached!!! So now it had bags of power no black smoke and a much improves drive but still a little flutter.

The quest continues! I will play with the synergy - it's on number 2 so not high by any means.
