Hi,

I have a slight issue with my gear selector. Only reverse can be engaged other gears pop out. How the gear selector linkage should be installed. Do i need to have gear stick in spesific position and the gear selector tower in gearbox also? Manual just says to remove the linkage rods and put back but this case its not working....

Any idea to get it work....

Hi, Pedal is bit soft but will manouver the clutch. I actually found the problem yesterday quite soon after the message. I was quite sure that I had gear link rolling pin correctly placed through the hole in the selector axel. But the linkage wasnt deep enough and the pin didn't go through the hole in the axel. But the fit for the axel was quite tight that is why I was able to engage reverse but nothing else. Might have been slipping for other gears. Rolling pin in the correct place and all works now. Bit soft pedal after couple reverse bleed attempt. Might need to try again some day, might also change the master cylinder. Bleeding the clutch is pain in the arse due placement of master cylinder. Any tips for that?

I can’t help with that as I have yet to do it. But somebody with more experience will be along shortly.
