Td4 Diesel Injectors

Has anyone tried running injectors for a manual td4 in an auto? Was there any noticeable difference in performance?

I have 0445110130 injectors in my td4 automatic and the cost of refurbishing them locally in Australia is significantly more than sourcing a set of refurbished 0445110049 injectors.

my auto has manual injectors and when it was running it ran well,towed well and was not bad on fuel...alas it has not run at all for some time but i doubt that injectors featured much in its demise.
i never tried it with the correct injectors fitted as i bought it with the wrong injectors fitted so i dont really know how different they are.
