Td4 clutch change

Hi guys,

Got to change the clutch on the td4 as it's now slipping under acceleration.

Going to change everything that is needed but was looking for a guide which I thought I had seen on here but can't find it?

Anyone point me in the direction?

dont forget to order the input shaft oil seal, usual suspect if its started slipping, and check for oil leaks ,

I did mine about 1 year ago.

Followed RAVE and changed the disc and the cover plate and slave cylinder.

Parts cost around € 200 for LUK parts.

i think i wrote something about it (search for threads with "digby")

Hardest thing for me was manouvring the gearbox - its too heavy for me alone so had to go and borrow an engine hoist to get it back on the engine.....

Guys, haven't actually got round to doing this yet as the car has been in the body shop. Will be doing it shortly however. Anyone know where I can get the input shaft seal ?
