T4 was Rover's diagnostic equipment, which LR also used for pre-Ford ownership vehicles. As to programming. It depends on what you want to program.

It does my head in how all these ECUs are coded together.
With fobs and transponders coded to nifferent bits in different ways.
Shame you cant just get generic kit with adaptors for the looms.
